Pay Your Bill

Following your imaging study, the radiologists at Radiology Associates of New Hartford will interpret your results. Though you may not meet your radiologist, he or she will examine your scans and use your medical records to determine your results, sending those findings to your physician. If you would like a copy of the report, please contact us directly. As a courtesy our billing company, MSN Healthcare Solutions (MSN), bills your health plan for our imaging services as well as the interpretation of your results.  You will receive a statement from MSN outlining charges for our services as well as insurance payments on your account.

Insurance Plans

If you have a balance after all insurance payments have been applied to your account, we will note that for you as well.

Patients without healthcare coverage may contact MSN to discuss criteria for payment plans. If you do not have health insurance, you will receive a statement from MSN outlining your bill for services.

Paying Your Bill

Self-pay patients and patients with balances after insurance may pay their bills through the mail, online or by telephone:

  • You may send a check, money order or your credit card information to MSN using the address and account information referenced on your statement.
  • You can pay your bill online by using the MSN click to pay portal.
  • You may also pay your balance by credit card by calling 1 800-475-6112
